Device offline on chromium.perf Android Nexus7v2 Perf (1) (long backlog)

Bot has stopped working since 10/3. Internal bot page cannot open.

adb process was hung. Killed the hung process and it showed a single device (070b074f) offline. The device itself was responsive. Swapped the usb cable for good measure. All devices are now online.

Note: the bot uptime was several days. Rebooting between builds might be something to look at here.

Note: I rebooted this host just now to free up the stuck build.
