Device offline on chromium.perf Android Nexus5 Perf (2) (long backlog)

The bot has stopped working since 10/3. Internal bot page cannot open.

Noticing the same symptoms here as in http://crbug/653955

+cc stip,jbudorick in case they know of any changes that might have caused this.

Symptoms are identical between them:

System uptime of 3 days
A stuck build (for 3 days) (Oct 03 22:39)
Build is stuck on "Exception host info step"
adb is hung, with a ton of defunct processes

I've rebooted this host to get it back online.

Long uptimes are probably related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=652250
