What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Attempt to run the file "virtualprintersetup.exe", with or without "run as administrator"

What is the expected result?  Successful installation of the CloudPrint Driver (beta)


What happens instead? The installation fails with the message "The installer encountered error 0x80070bcb"

possible.

Some digging suggests that removing some Windows updates from July (ID of update different from version of Windows) allows for the installation of the CloudPrint Driver.  However, this is an improper workaround since it encourages the removal of security updates to the user's operation system.
