Regression: In chrome://md-settings, unwanted focus is seen in Autofill settings on mouse click.

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2883.0 (Official Build) canary 614d31daee2f61b0180df403a8ad43f20b9f6dd7-refs/heads/master@{#423768} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings and click on ‘Advanced’ button at bottom. 
2) In Password and Forms, disable ‘Autofill settings’ option and click on left side of option slider and observe.

On clicking beside option slider, unwanted focus is seen.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update other info

Able to reproduce the issue on with latest Chrome dev channel i.e., 55.0.2883.11 and update the labels accordingly.
