Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.0 614d31daee2f61b0180df403a8ad43f20b9f6dd7-refs/heads/master@{#423768} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux(14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings. 2. Resize the browser window such that horizontal scrollbar is seen. 3. Scroll the page towards R.H.S and observe Actual: Overlapping of horizontal scroll bar with its R.H.S arrow icon is seen. Expected: No such overlapping of horizontal scroll bar with its R.H.S arrow icon should be seen. This is a regression issue broken in M-55, will soon bisect info. Good build: 55.0.2875.0 Bad build: 55.0.2876.0 Note: Above issue is not seen on Mac OS.

relatedly, in a wide window (no horizontal scrollbar), you can scroll horizontally a bit with the right arrow key or a 2d scrollwheel

Updating the latest behavior of the bug, Issue is still observed on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest Dev M56-56.0.2894.0. dbeam@ Could you please let us know is there any latest update available for this issue?
