Non - Regression: Minimize maximize button is seen missing in Play Store beta window

Version: 55.0.2880.0/8869.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> go to Play Store beta>> and observe
 
Expected: Minimize maximize button should be there as it is opening as window (Refer screenshot)
Actual: Instead Minimize maximize button is seen missing 

This is a Non-Regression issue as it is seen since M53

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Do you mean the Play store app ? It requests to be always maximized, so working as intended from a framework perspective.
