Regression: 'CLEAR BROWSING DATA' text of the button appear chopped in chrome://md-settings.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.0 614d31daee2f61b0180df403a8ad43f20b9f6dd7-refs/heads/master@{#423768} (32/64-bit) OS: Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.5) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate chrome://md-settings/clearBrowserData 2. Zoom out the web page using (Ctrl --) to 25%, observe the 'CLEAR BROWSING DATA' button. Actual: 'CLEAR BROWSING DATA' text in the button appear chopped. Expected: 'CLEAR BROWSING DATA' text in the button should not appear chopped. This is a regression issue broken in M-55. I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned. So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself.
