[MD Settings]'Reset' button on reset overlay is not seen properly when yellow highlight is appear on it.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.0 614d31daee2f61b0180df403a8ad43f20b9f6dd7-refs/heads/master@{#423768} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS),Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings page. (2) Type 'Reset' in search field(Search result will appear),click on 'Reset' section(Reset overlay appears) (3) Repeat step 2 and observe. Actual: Reset button on reset overlay is not seen properly after yellow highlight is on it. Expected: Reset button on reset overlay should seen properly after search action. This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-55'(55.0.2867.0), before that yellow highlight is not seen on reset overlay.

pretty sure we now ignore dialogs from searching, so this should be fixed |
