Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click 'Settings' and Click 'Manage' in Cloud Cloud Print area.
2. Click 'Manage' button of Cloud Print.
3. Click 'Print' and select 'file upload'.
4. Select 'file select in my computer' and open any file.

What is the expected behavior?
It is printed normally.

What went wrong?
After 4, It does not proceed anymore(not printed) at situation in 'Google Cloud Print.pdf'.
