Gallery Crash is seen on increasing Brightness of the large image

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Sign in to user ->save above image (Width and height should be high i.e.  1140 and 550)
2.Now in Files App Select Image and open it in Gallery -> Click on Edit Icon -> Now resize the image i.e. increase width to 8500 and click on 'DONE'
3.Click on Brightness and increase -> Click on 'DONE' (Please refer Video) and now observe Gallery crash

Expected: No Gallery crash should be seen on Resizing  and increasing Brightness of the image
Actual: Instead Gallery Crash is seen

Below is the Crash Id:

Note : Issue is not seen in Samus device with same Build

This is Regression issue as no crash is seen in M-54

I guess this is not a regression.
Resising is not the necessary step.
Even in the previous versions, we can reproduce this by opening very large image (e.g. 8500px x 8500px) and changing brightness in Gallery.

I removed the Regression label and RB label, but keep it as P1 since it can be easily reproduced for who have hi-res images.
