Regression:Unnecessary scroll bar is seen for font size drop down list in chrome://md-settings

Chrome Version: 55.0.2882.4 Revision f19386db7e14b3c591d3a320d500f7dd34837c98-refs/branch-heads/2882@{#7}(32/64 bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings.
(2)Click on page zoom drop down list and change the zoom size to 175%
(3)Now click on font size drop down list and observe.

Actual:Unnecessary scroll bar is seen for font size drop down list after zoom in to 175%

Expected:No such scroll bar should be seen font size drop down list after zoom in to 175%

This is a Regression issue broken in M-55,will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good build:55.0.2880.0 (revision : 422654 )
Bad build:55.0.2881.0 (revision : 423030)

You are probably looking for a change made after 422954 (known good), but no later than 422955 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspectas some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
