Regression: Unwanted flickering of highlight is seen on navigating to other tab when profile is recording

Project Member Reported by sc00335...@techmahindra.com, Oct 7 2016

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2882.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and open devtools >> Go to profiles tab and record CPU profile >> Click on profiles on left tree so that it is highlighted
(2) Now while recording try navigating to other tabs in devtools like Elements,Sources/Network etc.. and observe while navigating.

Expected: No flickering should be seen on navigating to other tabs.
Actual: Instead flickering of highlight is seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M55.

Good Build: 55.0.2872.0 dev
Bad Build: 55.0.2873.0 dev.

NOTE: In Good build no highlight is seen on profiles tab which got fixed in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=648516.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results:

Good build:55.0.2872.0(revision : 420859 )
Bad build:55.0.2873.0(revision : 421052)

You are probably looking for a change made after 420859 (known good), but no later than 421052 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspects some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

I don't think this is an issue worth fixing.
