css3/filters/effect-contrast-hw.html fails when run alone

Project Member Reported by jeffcarp@chromium.org, Oct 6 2016

Issue description

Steps to reproduce:

./Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests -t Release LayoutTests/css3/filters/effect-contrast-hw.html

fails, but when run as part of the directory, it passes:

./Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests -t Release LayoutTests/css3/filters/

Labels: Test-Layout
Just reproduced this myself.

Note, adding "LayoutTests" to the start of the path is unnecessary, and adding -t Release should be unnecessary too since Release is the default build directory.

Reproduced in debug also. Needs bisect.

Needs-Bisect is not for run-webkit-tests.

Is this platform-specific? Seems fine when run on my MacBook Pro 2012 with a build at r424753.
Definitely could be, I just tried again on Ubuntu and it's still exhibiting the same behavior (at r425704).

Hmm, interesting. I can repro on Ubuntu as well, but not Mac.
Possible duplicate of bug 673539 or bug 621892

Tried to reproduce on Goobuntu, this now fails in the same way whether run alone or as part of the directory. The test was marked as flaky here:
