Issue descriptionSince the whirlwinds are giving us some trouble, it woukd be nice to have more stumpies. Please install 2 stumpy pcaps like 'chromeos3-row1-rack2-host14'. Labels : variant:stumpy, board:stumpy, storage:ssd, pool:wifichaos, packet_capture, board_freq_mem:stumpy_2.5GHz_4GB, chaos_chamber ACLs: "Everyone" You might have to fig out 2 new host names and keep these stumpies as cloase as possible to the phones.

One stumpy pcap is added in chaos. The host name is chromeos3-row1-rack1-host. Also changed from wifi life cycle.
