Google Map in chrome browser is not showing incorrect GPS location

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Google maps is showing wrong location in google chrome browser and showing correct location in IE11 and Edge browsers.
1. Screenshot 20 is IE11 - accurate
2. Screenshot 21 is MS Edge -accurate
3. Screenshot 22 is Google Chrome – wrong.

Using Windows 10 Dell Latitude 7000 Series, Model 5175, LTE Enabled.

Please refer to the attached screenshots.

What is the expected behavior?
Google chrome should show correct user location in the google maps.

What went wrong?
Google chrome is showing network operator location in google maps instead of user current location.
Google map is showing correct location in IE 11 and Microsoft Edge.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: Windows 10
Flash Version: 

Please look into the issue on priority.

Unable to reproduce this scenario with mentioned settings in windows 10 Dell laptop.
