Bing Video Preview Not Playing

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=cats&FORM=HDRSC3

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open link
2.Hover over video and "Playing Preview" appears 
3.Preview doesn't play 

What is the expected behavior?
Preview plays

What went wrong?
No video preview

Did this work before? Yes Previous build specifics unknown

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.0 #423546  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 23.0.0.162

Tested in chrome stable #53.0.2785.143 and mentioned Canary version #55.0.2883.0 on Win 10.0,Mac 10.12 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04 not able to reproduce the issue.Attaching the screen cast for reference.

Could you please let me know if i have missed anything and if possible, provide us with a screen cast of the issue which would help us to triage issue further.

Issue exists in Chromium snapshots (56.0.2884.0 #423832 from this morning) and in 55.0.2882.0 #423332 (LKGR build).

I am able to repro this bug in all browswers. I can't play any preview in any browsers.  rbasuvula@, did you change any settings in order to play preview? I used chrome default settings. thanks

Flash is required to play the previews and it works in all browsers here (IE, Edge, FF and Chrome Stable and Developmental). Still not functioning in a newer Chromium snapshot and compiled lkgr. Wish I could give you a better idea of when the regression occurred.

Default plug-in setting has apparently changed from "run important content" to "ask". Bug is that the browser isn't detecting flash content and asking to run on the page. Pretty significant change in default behavior that's bound to create lots of problems if the browser isn't detecting content. Thanks for your assistance and feel free to close this one out.
