(2) Play any of the videos (Highlights from the Vice Presidential Debate)

What is the expected output?
Video plays

What do you see instead?
Ad plays fine, but the video only shows the first frame. Audio plays OK. Scrubbing does not help.

Works fine in 54.0.2840.34 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
