ChromeOS keeps crashing on Beta Channel on Pixel 2

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.43
OS Version: 8743.44.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Unsure

What is the expected result?  ChromeOS doesn't crash


What happens instead of that?  ChromeOS is crashing regularly

This is continuing to happen for me.  The device seems to do this pretty regularly after coming out of sleep
Seeing the same thing on a samus board.  Crashes on basically every wake from sleep (sometimes I'll see the lock/login screen for a fraction of a second before a few seconds of black screen).  This started happening with the change to M55 for me (though the original poster seems to be seeing this on M54?) and a powerwash and restore did not resolve the issue.

This should be fixed in the latest beta, 54.0.2840.51, Platform 8743.57.0
