What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user -> Add above extension -> Now open Hangouts
(2)Open any chat -> Click on Three dot menu -> Now select 'Options' -> Now uncheck 'Notifications' and 'Conversatio History' options and then check -> Now observe tickmark colour(Please refer Video)
Expected: On checking 'Notifications' and 'Conversatio History' options immediately blue colour tick mark should be seen
Actual: Instead first Grey colour tickmark is seen and then changes to blue colour
This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-49
Note : Issue is also seen on Linux OS
