Reported by jakeh...@gmail.com, Oct 6 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chromium, not full screen.
2. Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/.
3. In another tab, go to google.com.
4. Try to maximize the browser.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The right part of the window disappears, so that you can't see the scroll bar or the window command buttons (minimize, maximize, close).

Did this work before? Yes A few months ago.

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: dev
OS Version: Arch
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Just upgraded to wayland so the issue could be there?
