OS: Windows-10, Mac OS 10.11.6 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to crbug.com
(2) Enter 'a'or 'z' in the crbug search box and observe the dropdown rendered


What is the expected output?
> Dropdown should be visible properly.

What do you see instead?
>Dropdown border is invisible.
