Regression: Unnecessary "Advanced" button is seen bold after closing print preview.

Chrome Version: 55.0.2882.0 (Official Build) 03e86d027151639ad79c2074199f4e75beab0674-refs/heads/master@{#423378} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) 

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings
2. Click on "Advanced" button, give print command and then close print preview
3. Observe "Advanced" button.

Actual: Unnecessary "Advanced" button is seen bold after closing print preview.

Expected: "Advanced" button should not be seen in bold after closing print preview.

This is regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update the bisect info.

Good build: 55.0.2847.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:55.0.2847.0(Revision: 416149).
Bad build: 55.0.2849.0 (Revision:416454).

You are probably looking for a change made after 416439 (known good), but no later than 416440 (first known bad).

Note: able to reproduce the issue on Win7, Mac OS X 10.116, Ubuntu 14.04 using Canary 56.0.2891.0, Dev #55.0.2883.11

This is an issue in md-settings, which hasn't launched yet.

Bold behavior is correct (matches other buttons on the page),
but it should also show the ripple when focused.
