[Site settings] Small right-facing arrow is missing for subpage in 'Site Settings'

Issue descriptionChrome Version:55.0.2882.0 (Official Build) 03e86d027151639ad79c2074199f4e75beab0674-refs/heads/master@{#423378} 32/64 bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/location 2. Add link (such as https://permission.site/) into exception and observe Actual:Small right-facing arrow is missing for that exception link. Expected: Small right-facing arrow should be seen. This is regression issue, broken in 'M 55' and below is manual bisect info: Good build: 55.0.2881.0 Bad Build: 55.0.2882.0 Note: Will soon update the Linux OS info.
