Non - Regression: Tool tip is seen misplacing on hovering mouse on DND , Clear all, Settings icon in notification overlay

Version: 54.0.2840.51/8743.57.0 (Official Build) beta-channel Quawks, Blaze, Peppy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user or Browse as guest>> go to notification overlay>> try to hover mouse on settings>> and again hover mouse on DND icon>> and observe

Expected: After hovering mouse on from settings icon to DND icon tool tip should be seen below the respected icon
Actual: Instead DND icon'd tool tip is seen below the settings icon

Note: On direct hovering the mouse on DND , Clear all, Settings icon, tool tip is seen below the icons only 

This is a Non - Regression issue as same is observed in M53 as well

Issue is not applicable  to Linux and Windows

I checked this with the handly devices. But this is not reproducible on the following:
- 55.0.2880.0 / 8865.0.0 on samus
- 52.0.2719.0 / 8259.0.0 on samus
- 55.0.2883.0 / 8867.0.0 on chell

I'm assuming that this happens only on non-dpi devices. Let me check on daisy.

It looks working without problem on cyan (55.0.2880.0 / 8867.0.0)

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Let me close this, since it's too late to fix it on M54. And on M55 and latest, it look already fixed. Please re-open it's still available.
