Chrome Version: 55.0.2882.0 (Official Build) 03e86d027151639ad79c2074199f4e75beab0674-refs/heads/master@{#423378} 32/64/bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux(14.04 LTS).

Precondition: Navigate to few webpages such that history gets generated in chrome://history page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history page.
2. Click on URL logo or time stamp of any URL and observe the corresponding checkbox. (Refer video)

On clicking URL logo or time stamp, Unable to check the corresponding checkbox.
On clicking URL logo or time stamp, Corresponding checkbox should get checked.

Note: Checkbox is get highlighted after clicking on URL logo or time stamp but it's not checked.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-55 series, below manual regression range.

Good build: 55.0.2867.0
Bad build: 55.0.2868.0
