Regression: 'Allow/Block' dropdown is not proper in 'chrome://md-settings/siteSettings'

Chrome Version: 55.0.2882.0 Revision 03e86d027151639ad79c2074199f4e75beab0674-refs/heads/master@{#423378} 
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/all page.
(2) Click on link and and then click on the 'Allow/Block' dropdown of it.

Actual:'Allow/Block' dropdown is not proper. (i.e. Dropdown look like shifted towards RHS)
Expected:'Allow/Block' dropdown should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-55', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 55.0.2881.0
Bad Build: 55.0.2882.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS and will soon update the Linux OS info.
