1) Create an upstart script for overlord and ghost
2) Add a interactive script to automatic copy the upstart script to /etc/init
  a) The script should also guide user to generate SSL certificate

overlord: Makefile: add package target for creating overlord tarball

Add a 'package' target in the Makefile so one can generate a tarball
that can be copied onto the server for deployment.
