There is a broken link on the Extensions FAQ

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on the first section of linked text in the first paragraph, the one that says "If you don't find an answer to your question here, try **the Chrome Web Store FAQ,** ".
(2) The link goes to https://code.google.com/chrome/webstore/faq, which throws a 404 because code.google.com is not used anymore.

Able to reproduce this issue on the chrome with latest version 53.02785.143. Also seeing the same behavior on firefox and safari browsers too. 

Issue seems not specific to the chrome browser but it is related to "developer.chrome.com" site .

Request you to please confirm from your end as well.

Also the text around "Cr=Platform-Extensions" should really be component=Platform>Extensions

jparent@, benhenry@ this seems fallout of SVN changes and monorail changes.

Please ensure the docs get updated.
