pin unlock: some touches are lost

NOTE: I can only reproduce this sometimes

Setup pin unlock
lock the screen
touch the pin pad
Sometimes the touches are lost

There are two known ways to reproduce this. The first is to not touch but kind of slide your finger across. The second is to touch in the parts that the ripple does not cover. I have discussed each with tbuckley@ and will roll out a fix for the second shortly.
