I2C read8/16/32 tests pass constantly in the standard mode (100 kHz) but fails about 30% of attempts in fast-mode plus (1000 kHz).

Attached are the logic analyzer's screenshots showing successful read16 v.s. failed read16 signals. read8 test constantly passes and read32 test is flaky as well.
