Huh, this passes consistently on Nexus 6 on N (20/20) but on Nexus 5 on Lollipop it flakes a lot. I'll try to take a look.

Actually, after turning on the 'Developer Settings -> Stay Awake' setting my Nexus 5 running Lollipop also passes 20/20 test runs. Could it be that our trybots do not have that Setting enabled? Who knows about bot setups?
