PopUp information causes incorrect closing Chrome

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Go to http://localhost
- We click on the icon View information on the site (next to the address bar)
- We click on the link Cookies: 1 on this website
- Back to click on the icon View site information
- Use the tab key to position ourselves again on the link Cookies: 1 on this website
- Press the Enter key indefinitely for about 2 minutes
- The browser is closed incorrectly

What is the expected behavior?
chrome not closed

What went wrong?
 incorrect closing Chrome
