Non-Regression: Text is chopped in print preview page in Hangouts.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and go to the link https://hangouts.google.com/
(2)Click Ctrl+P for print preview page to open and observe the text.
(3)Also go to options -> select "Background graphics" and observe.

Expected: Text shouldn't be chopped in print preview page and text should not be merged if Background graphics is selected.
Actual: Instead, text appears to be chopped and merged in Print preview mode.

This is a Non- Regression issue as the same behaviour is seen from M-36.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest M54-54.0.2840.50. This is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged.

Does the page print correctly in any browser? Oftentimes web pages are not designed to be printed and they will look awful when one does try to print them.

Cannot reproduce this on Windows 10 on the latest Stable (58.0.3029.81). Is this still an issue?
