What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open any site
(2) Open developers tools
(3) Emulate some phone
(4) Homer mouse pointer inside Phone area

What is the expected result?
User see mouse pointer - like "finger"

What happens instead?
Mouse pointer is not displayed

My configuration is: 15.6" notebook with Full HD Resolution and 24" Full HD monitor. Also, I tried to record a video, but screen recorders records pointer
