Regression : Weird behavior (i.e very slow auto scrolling) of page is seen after clicking on ‘Reset’ option under ‘Main menu’ side bar in md-settings.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 55.0.2881.0 (Official Build) 6b08cd23a5bbe4e1d95bb7e0431fc743e6b0180c-refs/heads/master@{#423030} (32/64-bit) OS: Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page. 2. Under ‘Appearance’ section, change ‘Font size’ to “Very small” and ‘Page zoom’ to “125%”. 3. Now click on ‘Main menu’ icon seen at top LHS and select ‘Reset’ option, observe the page. Actual : Weird behavior (i.e very slow auto scrolling) of page is seen after clicking on ‘Reset’ under ‘Main menu’ side bar. Expected : No such behavior should be seen on page after clicking on ‘Reset’ under ‘Main menu’ side bar This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression and will soon update bisect info. Good build : 55.0.2862.0 Bad build : 55.0.2863.0

Correction in steps, 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page. 2. Under ‘Appearance’ section, change ‘Font size’ to “Very small” and ‘Page zoom’ to “125%”. 3. Now click on ‘Main menu’ icon seen at top LHS, click on 'Advanced' and select ‘Reset’ option. 4. Click on 'Reload' button and observe the page.

After looking at this further, my guess is that it's something lower level. The need for the font size, render scaling, and a specific screen resolution make me think this is related to layout or rendering. xiaochengh@, could this CL have brought this about https://codereview.chromium.org/2341053002
