Chrome Remote Desktop - Get Started buttons grayed out

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install Chrome Remote Desktop
2. Log into Account
3. Launch Chrome Remote Desktop
4. Authorise Computer
5. Try to click Get Started buttons - THAT DO NOTHING!

What is the expected behavior?
Remote Desktop

What went wrong?
Cannot click buttons to launch the sesion

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Every so often it complains that I am not logged into chrome even though I am!

Running Windows 10 as a user who is part of the Administrator group

Unable to reproduce this issue in Windows 10 Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143,Mac 10.11.4,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with the below steps:

1.Installed Chrome Remote Desktop
2. Logged into Account
3. Launched Chrome Remote Desktop
4. Clicked on 'Continue' button in 'Authorize' screen
5. Observed "Get Started" buttons are enabled and able to proceed further.

Please find the attached screencast & let us know if i miss anything to reproduce the issue.

The client logs will be helpful in tracking this down:

* With the app running, visit chrome://extensions
* Ensure that the "Developer Mode" checkbox at the top right of the page is checked.
* Scroll down to the Chrome Remote Desktop extension.
* Click the main.html link
* Select the Console tab.
* Copy/paste the logs here.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
