Cellular ringtone is routed to earpiece after performing a webrtc call.

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start WebRTC call and audio is played at both device
2. End WebRTC Call
3. Receive a Cellular Call to any one client.

Observation:-
  The Cellular call ringtone is getting played in earpiece 

What is the expected behavior?
Cellular call ringtone should be played in speaker [default]

What went wrong?
Cellular call audio routing got updated after webrtc call.

Did this work before? N/A 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0
Flash Version:
 
Used Samsung S5 device. Webview version stable release 53.

mr.shyamsathyan@: Does this problem occur on a particular Web site or is it a general problem?. Are you able to provide more specific repro instructions?
Also, is the problem specific to the Samsung S5 device or have you been able to reproduce it on other devices?

  Tested this scenario in Samsung device. Issue is reproduced.
  where a it not getting observed in Nexsus 4 with same webview version.

  This behaviour is happening only after adding the successful webrtc call establish. Thats when client receive the remote stream (onaddstream event on the peerconnection).

mr.shyamsathyan@ do you have some details about the WebApp you are using? WebRTC does use communications mode hence it will select the earpiece I assume. I guess the speaker can be selected explicitly using getUserMedia.
