Image copied in OS and pasted to input field is corrupted.

Reported by serejkas...@gmail.com, Oct 5 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :
https://jsfiddle.net/serejkasimanovich/e7m9x7ra/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Paste image file copied from OS to input field
(2) See result

What is the expected result?
Image should display correctly

What happens instead?
Image displayed corrupted

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Main problem that image is corrupted in current version, in previous one all was fine. But at all this API have a lot to improve.

In such case we got 2 items in clipboard data. First is file, and second - plain text contain file name. Will be perfect:
- if we have file item, it should be available in clipboardData.files
- instead of have plain text item, automatically apply it to file since in such case there is stored file name.
- if we copy more that one file from OS, now we have last file available as item.getAsFile(), and all copied file names available from clibboardData.getData('text/plain'). Better to have or all files available in clipboardData.files with file names applied to them, or in clibboardData.getData('text/plain') get only name of file that is stored in file item.

Near as I can tell there's no bug?

No repro with

osx 10.11.6
cr 54.0.2840.71 (official)

Copied a jpg from an chrome (image search result page), works as expected.
Copied a jpg from osx Preview app, works as expected.
Copied a jpg file from the finder, works as expected.
Ditto with png.

serejkasimanovich@, please let us know if this still occurs for you and if so, can you provide us with a sample image and name the application from you are copying. It sounds like you're copying the file from the Finder, but please verify.

Sorry for a long response, as I saw now, there is no bug. I can't reproduce it anymore. Thanks for your assistance.
