Regression: Search icon in omnibox appears weird after pressing Crtl+E keys.

Chrome Version: 55.0.2880.4 (Official Build)b8b596d2913b9ef5175857ee48429978933ed320-refs/branch-heads/2880@{#7}-32/64 bit.
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10),  Linux(14.04 LTS)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and open NTP.
2. Click inside Search box and then press Crtl+E keys and observe.

Actual: Weird search icon is seen in omnibox i.e Search icon in omnibox appear big in size.

Expected: Search icon should be seen properly.

This is a regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update bisect info.

Good build : 55.0.2867.0
Bad build : 55.0.2868.0

Note: Above issue is not seen on Mac OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2867.0 (Revision: 419930).
Bad build: 55.0.2868.0 (Revision: 421207).

You are probably looking for a change made after 420140 (known good), but no later than 420142 (first known bad).
