Google+ latency + freezing - buttons have no functions

Reported by gavin.co...@dialog-ge.com, Oct 5 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://plus.google.com/u/0/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sign into a Google account
2. login to Google+
3. Click on a link or page
4. It doesn't load properly or hangs perpetually

What is the expected behavior?
The page loads and all of the links, buttons have functions that re-direct the user to a different page.

What went wrong?
The page just seems to hang and nothing loads properly. I have cleared the cache and cookies, disabled all extensions, signed out of the browser, uninstalled/Reinstalled Chrome, deleted all of the cached files on the machine. It loads with Chrome on other machines and on firefox on the same machine. I have attached a HAR file. Any ideas??

Thanks
