OAuth in Chrome is not working since the day i updated to OS Sierra

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I try to authorize chrome on my device macOS Sierra but it doesnt allow.
2. It used to work with EL-Cpitan
3. It is working on other machine

What is the expected behavior?
OAuth should be working

What went wrong?
Not sure

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on macOS Sierra version 10.12 using chrome reported version #53.0.2785.143 and latest canary #55.0.2882.0.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Clicked on the authentication url https://chrometesting-dot-u2fdemo.appspot.com/
2. Registered the security token by touching it.
3. Clicked on the test authentication button.
4. Observed that oauth worked as expected and the security token got authenticated. 

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #55.0.2882.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue persist or not and could you please provide the details of the security key.
I did update to Canary and it works just fine now.Thanks!
