Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8838.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2869.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8838.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel swanky Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download Word.doc file from webpage 2. Open File manager app 3. Double click on doc file to open What is the expected behavior? Doc opens in new tab with option to convert to Google Doc What went wrong? File doesn't open. Message "Whoops. That wasn't supposed to happen. Reload the page to recover your changes." Reloading page makes no difference.
