Reported by kaingard...@gmail.com, Oct 5 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8838.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2869.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download Word.doc file from webpage
2. Open File manager app
3. Double click on doc file to open

What is the expected behavior?

Reloading page makes no difference.

Console shows this error.

WebStore page: Google Docs

Did this work before? Yes Probably about a month ago

Chrome version: 55.0.2869.0 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8838.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

If I can't open docs on a chromebook and bring them across to my google drive as google doc - it limits it's usability for productive work

Appears to only affect files in Download (local files).
If doc file is moved to Google Drive, it can be opened correctly.

This is still a hassle though as it means doc files can't be directly opened from download notification.

This appears to be fixed in
