iPad: Security Indicator becomes gray when modal bookmark editor is active

Project Member Reported by lgar...@chromium.org, Oct 5 2016

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2880
OS: iOS 10.0 (iPad)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit and HTTPS site on an iPad
(2) Press the star to bookmark the site.
(3) Press the "EDIT" button on the toast at the bottom of the screen.

What is the expected output?
The lock icon stays colored and is dimmed the same way as the rest of the UI.
In particular, it should continue to match the color of the scheme of the omnibox URL.

What do you see instead?
The lock icon becomes gray but the scheme stays green.

This is low priority, but it concerns me that the security indicator color can change without the URL scheme

justincohen@, could you triage?

The tint value appears to be the same -- rohitrao@ any ideas?

This is a standard iOS behavior. When a modal is presented, the tinted views are faded. For example, on iOS calendar on iPad, click + to add an event - the day/week/month/year segmented control goes gray.
