Android Chrome Custom Tab with Layout

Issue description

Application Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): Android Chrome Custome API (https://github.com/GoogleChrome/custom-tabs-client)
Android Build Number (from "Android Settings > About Phone/Tablet"): 
Device: Moto G

Steps to reproduce: 

Observed behavior: I want to display a custom submenu on top of Android Chrome Custom Tab using layout xml. Is it possible to do it?

No, you can add custom items to the menu Chrome already displays and expand that list with new actions that talk to your own app, but you can't modify the look of the menu itself, or give a new layout file to be laid out right now.
