Chromium login "Service Unavailable Try Again Later" ERROR

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/51.0.2704.79 Chrome/51.0.2704.79 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chromium login
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Should be able to login

What went wrong?
Error message "Service Unavailable Try Again Later"

Can you post a screenshot of chrome://signin-internals/ ?
