Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://linearicons.com/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://linearicons.com/ and scroll at the bottom 2. Or Open a new window in Incognito mode What is the expected behavior? On incognito mode, the background color is the same rgb(50, 50, 50). On the linearicons site, the footer background color should have one color only What went wrong? We can see 2 colors - on the incognito page, it's really obvious - on the screenshot you can measure 2 blacks - rgb(50) and rgb(57). Might be related to Sierra - tried on Yosemite and didn't have the problem. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
