Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://linearicons.com/ and scroll at the bottom
2. Or Open a new window in Incognito mode

What is the expected behavior?
On incognito mode, the background color is the same rgb(50, 50, 50).
On the linearicons site, the footer background color should have one color only

What went wrong?
We can see 2 colors - on the incognito page, it's really obvious - on the screenshot you can measure 2 blacks - rgb(50) and rgb(57). 
Might be related to Sierra - tried on Yosemite and didn't have the problem.
