UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.93.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.144 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load the sample app in Chrome://extensions
2. Blob URL is auto-populated, Click on 'load' button
3. Open the 'developer console'

What is the expected behavior?
Blob URL to be loaded in the Web-view

What went wrong?
Blob URLs are not getting loaded, following error is thrown in developer console : 
<webview>: The load has aborted with error -3: ERR_ABORTED.

Did this work before? Yes Before Chrome OS upgraded to version  53.0.2785.144 (64-bit)

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.144  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8530.93.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Any other url like google.com or example.org is loading fine. To verify this,edit the input text box with other url mentioned to see the behavior.
