Regression: Blue highlight on Audits tab is seen missing while checking/unchecking

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2879.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open devtools on any page >> Go to Audits tab >> Observe focus on Audits section in left tree >> Check/Uncheck checkboxes on right and observe default focus on Audits tree

Expected: Default blue focus should remain on Audits text even on check/uncheck of checkboxes.
Actual: Instead blue highlight misses

This is a regression issue broken in M55.

You are probably looking for a change made after 419073 (known good), but no later than 419100 (first known bad).
