Rather than disable the version check whever testing code that requires the recency of Adobe Reader , we shoud force the test to succeed or fail as required by the test? 
I.e. Make adobe_reader_info_win.h: IsAdobeReaderUptodate() and  IsAdobeReaderDefaultPDFViewer() overridable for testing.
