We are not able to open DDL in simulators.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_select
2. go into mobile simulator
3. in mobile view try to open DDL.

What is the expected behavior?
It should open the mobile DDL

What went wrong?
When we click on the DDL then it is not opening in mobile simulator in the latest chrome version.

Did this work before? Yes In last version it was working.

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue in windows-10 with Chrome stable (53.0.2785.143) and canary (55.0.2882.0).

Manual Bisect info:

Good build:53.0.2785.75
Bad build:53.0.2785.77
